shit.. i injured my foot while having napfa test today.. shuttle run until to excited already then somehow when sprinting to get the last block, i sprain my foot. although it doesn't feel painful now, but it feels wierld. The movement of my foot now a bit stiff like that. think i am not gonna be going for 2.4km run tml. But if i miss it, it would mean i would suffer more the next time i attempt the 2.4 run because i am too lazy to train running. and 1 week of no running.. how to expect myself to pass well? HOW? GO FOR IT OR NOT?
